Support our team by contributing to Knights of St. George Hockey Team.

We are participating in a charity hockey tournament on April 24th. The team that raises the most money gets their own private locker room for the entire weekend.

If you would like to make a donation by check please make the check payable to Breakthrough T1D and put Knights of St. George Ice Hockey in the memo line of the check. Checks can be given directly to Eric Lewkowicz or mailed to:

If you do not notate Knights of St. George Hockey on the check the money will go directly to Breakthrough T1D and not be added to the Knights of St. George Hockey Team locker room donation.
